- For SAP, Hoffman report writers managed, authored, copyedited, and formatted the mySAP ERP Statement of Direction 2004; a 110-page report that explains the SAP enterprise resource planning (ERP) suite of software functionality for self-services, analytics, finance, human capital management, operations, and corporate services. Hoffman managed the entire ERP report writing project from start to finish, working closely with an international team to coordinate drafts, resolve messaging issues, and ensure compliance with SAP report writing guidelines. Hoffman completed this high-visibility business document in just two months for release at the SAP SAPPHIRE event.
- Hoffman recently completed a comprehensive threat report for a major information security company, Trend Micro. This 26-page threat report describes the most severe and impactful security events that occurred in 2008, and looks forward at the trends and emerging threat categories that will make headlines in 2009. To develop this report, Hoffman interviewed many of the leading security experts in the industry and developed the report copy.

Writing this business document involved conducting interviews with 25 industry experts, reviewing and synthesizing more than 100 documents, and incorporating comments from these experts and high-level industry executives.
